Experience working with Product Owners, Developers, Testers Architects
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience with Jira / Azure DevOps or similar tools

ITSM / ITOM knowledge
CMDB / CSDM knowledge
SAM / Asset Management
Service Catalog / Discovery / Service Mapping
ServiceNow integrations
CBAP / CCBA certification
Agile/Scrum certification
Experience in large enterprise ServiceNow transformation projects
Experience working with global stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements
Create user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
Map current and future business processes
Conduct stakeholder workshops
Manage and refine the product backlog with the Product Owner
Support UAT and business validation
Ensure requirements are aligned from business need development testing acceptance
Act as the bridge between business and ServiceNow technical teams
