Servicenow Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement using ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain IT services management processes within the organization.
• Develop and maintain documentation of business requirements, solution designs, and technical specifications for IT projects.
• Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 7-12 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Strong understanding of business analytics, business analysis, and ITIL frameworks.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform including ITSM modules such as incident management, problem management, change management etc.
