Job Description:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow applications.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand processes and requirements.
• Prepare

BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria .

• Work closely with ServiceNow Developers and Architects for solution design.
• Good understanding of

ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.

• Perform gap analysis and identify process improvements.
• Support

UAT, testing, defect tracking, and deployment activities .

• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions.
• Maintain proper project and requirement documentation.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Must Have: ServiceNow, Business Analysis, ITSM, Requirement Gathering, User Stories, UAT, Agile/Scrum, Stakeholder Management.
