ServiceNow Automation Developer -India

The ServiceNow Automation Developer is responsible for designing and implementing automation workflows that enable end-to-end automation of customer tickets and reduce engineering effort. The role develops ServiceNow solutions and integrations that improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.

• Design and implement digital workflows using Flow Designer, Process Automation Designer (PAD), and Decision Builder.
• Build robust third-party integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow, Active Directory, Office 365, and other systems to enable end-to-end automation.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to support integrations and automation requirements.
• Configure and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) and custom App Engine applications.
• Ensure successful deployment of automation use cases to achieve required business objectives.
