Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business requirements. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), system integrations, platform security, and performance optimization.

The candidate will lead technical design discussions, establish platform standards, ensure architectural best practices, and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Define and maintain platform architecture standards, naming conventions, development guidelines, and governance policies.
• Lead technical design sessions, review solution designs, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Design and oversee ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• Lead the implementation and architectural design of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions.
• Ensure effective asset lifecycle management, software license compliance, asset tracking, and optimization of hardware and software assets.
• Monitor platform performance, identify technical bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Establish platform security standards, access controls, and data protection practices.
• Develop upgrade strategies and ensure smooth implementation of ServiceNow platform upgrades with minimal business disruption.
• Maintain architectural documentation, technical specifications, integration designs, and governance guidelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend improvements to enhance platform performance and business value.
