Servicenow Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall technical architecture for the ServiceNow

platform.

• Lead solution design for complex initiatives spanning multiple ServiceNow

applications.

• Design and develop advanced flows, custom applications, integrations, and

platform capabilities.

• Establish development standards, governance, and architectural best

practices.

• Review solution designs and code to ensure scalability, security, and

maintainability.

• Lead platform upgrades, new product implementations, and technical

roadmaps.

• Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable technical

solutions.

• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across the ServiceNow

team.

• Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities, AI features, and platform innovations.

• Drive automation initiatives that improve employee experience and

operational efficiency.

• Support complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and enterprise architecture teams on

cross-platform initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 710+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.

• 5+ years designing and developing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer,

IntegrationHub, and platform architecture.

• Strong experience with REST APIs, authentication methods, and enterprise

integrations.

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform governance and upgrade

strategy.

• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring development teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

• Certified Implementation Specialist certifications in one or more ServiceNow

products.

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (preferred but

not required).

• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, Security Operations, HRSD, and

Employee Center.

• Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and enterprise automation

initiatives.
