Servicenow Architect

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the organization.
• Define platform strategy, governance, best practices, and technical standards.
• Design and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, and enterprise integrations.
• Drive CMDB strategy, data modeling, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data governance initiatives.
• Design and enhance Service Catalog offerings, automated workflows, and self-service capabilities.
• Develop and optimize Virtual Agent solutions to improve user experience and reduce operational overhead.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development and administration teams.
• Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
• Support upgrade planning, platform modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong expertise in ITSM Modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management).
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management.
• Strong experience in Service Catalog design and implementation.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Virtual Agent development and conversational workflows.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting.
