About the Role

The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for designing scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions, defining platform standards, and leading technical design sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions.
• Define platform standards, governance, and best practices.
• Lead technical design sessions and review implementations.
• Ensure integration and alignment with enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with minimum 4+ years as a ServiceNow Architect.

Required Skills

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and modules.
• Experience in designing integrations and custom applications.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Proficiency in scripting and configuration within ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Certifications in ServiceNow.
