Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Experience: 10-18 Years
Location: Bengaluru / Hybrid

Job Description

We are looking for a strong ServiceNow Architect with deep experience in platform architecture, CMDB/CSDM, enterprise integrations, Service Catalog, and Virtual Agent. The ideal candidate will own technical architecture, modernization initiatives, roadmap, and governance while working closely with customer and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow platform architecture and define scalable technical solutions.
• Design and govern CMDB/CSDM architecture, including CI relationships, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB governance.
• Define integration architecture across ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
• Design Service Catalog and self-service architecture, including catalog items, record producers, workflows, and request management.
• Implement and architect ServiceNow Virtual Agent, including conversational workflows and NLU/NLP capabilities.
• Design and manage Entra ID / Active Directory integrations with ServiceNow.
• Define and maintain the technical roadmap, architecture standards, and governance framework.
• Lead ServiceNow modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical architectures.
• Provide technical leadership to development and implementation teams and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, CI relationships, and CMDB governance.
• Strong understanding of Service Catalog architecture, catalog items, record producers, workflows, and request management.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, OAuth, and enterprise application integrations.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow Virtual Agent, NLU/NLP, and conversational workflows.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modernization, governance, architecture standards, and technical roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and present solutions to senior customer stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or relevant implementation/architect certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) is a strong advantage.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise ServiceNow transformation programs.
