Servicenow Architect

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to design, build, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering at least 12 full ServiceNow projects independently, from requirement gathering to deployment, and can work with minimal supervision.

We dont need candidate has more experience in the "ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and CMDB” which are pre built modules in Service Now.

What we are looking for is experience in App engine, Flow Designer, integration hub ,service portal and ServiceNow IDE/ServiceNow Studio so that they can develop custom applications on Service Now.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12+ years of overall IT development experience, with at least 1–2 years / 1–2 full-cycle projects specifically on the ServiceNow platform (custom application development, not just configuration).
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Glide APIs, Server-side & Client-side scripting (JavaScript)
• Flow Designer / Workflow Editor
• Service Portal / Now Experience UI Builder
• App Engine Studio (for custom app development)
• Integration Hub, REST/SOAP Web Services, MID Server
• ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions
• Experience in at least one ServiceNow custom Application implementation
• Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and CMDB (preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver without close supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
