Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
  
• Provide expert-level support for ITSM processes such as incident management, problem management, change management, etc.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ITIL) by implementing best practices in IT architecture design.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical roadmaps for IT service management projects.
  
• Develop custom workflows, integrations, and automation scripts using scripting languages like JavaScript or Java.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-22 years of experience in IT Architecture or related field with expertise in ServiceNow platform.
  
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles and ability to apply them at an organizational level.
  
• Proficiency in developing customizations on the ServiceNow platform using various tools like ITSM modules.
