Servicenow Architect

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will drive platform architecture, integrations, best practices, and digital transformation initiatives while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow architecture, roadmap, and governance standards.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance platform solutions.
• Lead solution design discussions and provide technical guidance.
• Architect integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Ensure platform compliance, performance optimization, and security.
• Support upgrades, deployments, and platform enhancements.
• Mentor developers and administrators.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow Architecture and Solution Design.
• Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Event Management, and Integration Hub.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, or GRC modules.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow Architecture.

• ServiceNow CSA
• CAD
• CIS
• CTA (Preferred)
• ITIL Foundation
