Servicenow Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize workflows using ServiceNow tools.
• Develop technical documentation for IT services and support processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow platform.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in architecture or related field.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM module (ITOM) including incident management, problem management, change management, etc.
• Experience in designing complex systems architecture for large-scale enterprises.
• Proven track record of implementing successful IT service management projects.
