Job Description

We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead / Solution Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow Custom Application Development and ServiceNow Architecture Design.

We are looking for senior professionals with hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade ServiceNow applications. Candidates should be capable of providing technical leadership, designing scalable solutions, and mentoring development teams.

Developer-only profiles will not be considered. Candidates must have experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect.

Mandatory Requirements

• 710 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Minimum one active ServiceNow certification is mandatory (CSA/CAD/CIS).
• Strong experience in Custom Application Development.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Architecture Design.
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow Applications.
• Strong experience in Service Catalog Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and develop Custom Scoped Applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
• Design application architecture, custom tables, modules, relationships, and reusable components.
• Develop and customize:
  
• Service Catalog
• Catalog Items
• Record Producers
• Order Guides
• Variable Sets
• Catalog Workflows
• Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Mentor developers and ensure coding standards.
• Deploy solutions across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
• Work with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
