Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. The candidate will be responsible for defining platform architecture, governance standards, technical design, integrations, and best practices while providing technical leadership to ServiceNow development and implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture.
• Define and maintain ServiceNow platform standards, governance, architecture principles, and best practices.
• Lead technical design sessions and review solution designs and implementations.
• Design and oversee ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications and systems.
• Guide development teams on ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting, and application development.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and minimize unnecessary customization.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to ServiceNow developers and consultants.
• Evaluate existing implementations and recommend improvements, modernization, and optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams.
