Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, architecture, and solution design, with strong expertise in ITSM/ TSOM.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Define ServiceNow architecture, technical design, and integration approach.
• Lead implementation and enhancement of ITSM/TSOM modules.
• Work closely with business teams, functional consultants, and technical teams.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and external applications/systems.
• Review existing ServiceNow implementations and recommend improvements.
• Ensure best practices, performance, security, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to ServiceNow developers.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ServiceNow TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, REST/SOAP, and web services.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, workflows, and automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and architecture decisions.
