Job Overview

We are hiring a ServiceNow Architect with strong experience in designing and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, IRM/GRC, SecOps, or CSM modules. The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership, platform governance, and technical guidance for large-scale implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive ServiceNow solution architecture and best practices.
• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Review configurations, customizations, integrations, and data models.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing platform solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams.
• Provide technical mentorship and support platform governance.

Required Skills

• 5-12 years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow implementation expertise.
• Mandatory certifications: CSA and CAD.
• Experience in one or more modules: HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, IRM/GRC, SecOps, or CSM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and Agile methodologies.
