ServiceNow AI Expert

COMPETENCES OBLIGATOIRES

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow AI Expert to join our team and drive the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering innovative AI-driven solutions, with an initial focus on Order Management (OM). Experience with ITSM and CSM is required, while OM is considered a strong advantage.

This is a senior, cross-functional role requiring both deep technical expertise and the ability to engage with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.

ServiceNow Platform

• Expert-level knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture
• Solid knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Experience designing scalable and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices
• ServiceNow AI Expertise

Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering implementations involving:

• Agentic AI Workflows
• Build Agent
• AI Agents
• ServiceNow AI Skills
• Prompt Engineering
• Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Agent-to-Agent (A2A)
• Candidates should be able to provide concrete examples of projects where these capabilities have been successfully implemented.
• ServiceNow Modules- Customer Service Management (CSM) AND IT Service Management (ITSM)
