ServiceNow AI Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow AI Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow development expertise and hands-on experience with Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, integrations, and workflow automation.

The role involves customer delivery, solution design, innovation initiatives, and pre-sales support while contributing to AI accelerators and reusable assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow Now Assist solutions.
• Develop AI-powered workflows, prompts, AI Agents, and automations.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs and enterprise applications.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
• Participate in solution design workshops and technical discussions.
• Lead implementation workstreams and support customer deployments.
• Create technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
• Support demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and proposal development.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives, accelerators, and reusable assets.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, and AI-powered workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Integrations.
• Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of RAG-based solutions and enterprise AI implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• CAD (Certified Application Developer)
• CIS Data Foundation
• One additional CIS Certification
• ServiceNow Now Assist Training/Certification
