Servicenow Administrator

Hiring: ServiceNow Administrator | 5+ Years | Chennai / Hyderabad | Hybrid

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Administrators with 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration, ITSM, configuration, customization, integrations, and platform support.

Key Skills Required:

• ServiceNow Administration and ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, SLA).
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Workflows, and Notifications.
• CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.
• REST/SOAP Integrations, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• ServiceNow Scripting, Automation, ACLs, Update Sets, Instance Cloning, and Upgrades.
• Reports, Dashboards, Performance Analytics, and Production Troubleshooting.

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad
Work Mode: Hybrid
