Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, and Service Mapping to lead enterprise ITOM initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of relevant hands-on ServiceNow experience (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, ITOM Visibility, and Service Mapping.
• Experience with MID Servers, Discovery Patterns, IRE, CMDB Health Dashboard, and Data Manager.
• Good understanding of Windows/Linux, networks, databases, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping.

Note: Candidates with less than 7 years of relevant ServiceNow experience will not be considered.
