Position: ServiceNow Administrator I
Experience: 1-4 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Contract : 12 Months

Role & responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Manage users, groups, roles, access controls, and platform security.
• Configure workflows, Flow Designer, notifications, catalog items, and automation.
• Troubleshoot platform incidents, service requests, performance issues, and integration failures.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, instance management, and release activities.
• Maintain CMDB data quality and follow platform governance best practices.
• Support integrations and collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and support teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform stability and operational efficiency.
