ServiceNow Administrator and Developer

Role & responsibilities

Must-Have 5+ years of experience and strong knowledge in ServiceNow Admin to manage Production systems. Extensive experience with Linux. Development experience in SNOW ITSM module.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Provide SNOW Admin L2 support as per shift coverage requirement

2 Triaging and resolution of incidents, handling key events, supporting release and deployments

3 Develop or enhance existing ITSM modules.

4 Participating in and handling Incident escalation calls
