Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceMax Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce and ServiceMax Field Service Management. The ideal candidate should have experience in ServiceMax implementation, configuration, customization, integrations, and support projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceMax solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure ServiceMax modules including SFM Transactions, SFM Wizards, SFM Search, Dispatch Console, and Mobile Applications.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and Triggers.
• Implement integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues.
• Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Prepare technical design documents and development specifications.
