Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and deploy custom solutions using ServiceMax and Salesforce out-of-the-box features.
• Configure ServiceMax modules like SFM (Service Flow Manager), Dispatch Console, Smart Docs, and inventory tracking.
• Write Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and develop Lightning components (Aura/LWC).
• Handle system integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and AppExchange products.
• Lead the software development life cycle (SDLC), from technical design and user story estimation to deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 6+years total IT experience, with 7+ years hands-on on the ServiceMax platform.
• Core Tech: Salesforce (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Triggers, Flows) and ServiceMax Configuration/Customization.
• Domain Knowledge: Field Service Management (FSM), Workforce Management, and Asset Service Management.
• Certifications: ServiceMax Certified and Salesforce Platform Developer certifications are preferred.
