• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of elevators and escalators.
  
• Attend and resolve elevator breakdowns and service complaints.
  
• Inspect electrical, mechanical, and control system components.

• Perform routine safety checks and ensure equipment operates according to safety standards.
  
• Maintain service records, checklists, and maintenance reports.
  
• Coordinate with customers and provide updates regarding service issues.
  
• Ensure timely completion of assigned maintenance calls.
  
• Follow company safety procedures and use required PPE.
  
• Identify potential technical issues and report them to the supervisor.
  
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts properly.
