Service Technician

Perform solar panel maintenance and servicing.

Identify and troubleshoot solar panel-related problems.

Carry out parts cleaning and basic technical maintenance.

Visit approximately 67 customer/site locations daily.

Spend a minimum of 1 hour at each assigned site.

Ensure optimal performance of solar systems.

Handle customer queries and provide effective service.

Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Submit daily site visit/service reports as required.
