Service Technician - Garage Equipment II Hisar Location II

Garage Equipment Technician Role:

• Primary Role: Installs, inspects, calibrates, and repairs automotive workshop machinery (hydraulic lifts, tire changers, wheel balancers, 3D alignment systems, and air compressors) to maintain workplace safety and operational efficiency.

• Key Tasks:
• Installation & Assembly: Anchor, level, and wire machinery to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or fluid faults; replace worn components; inspect safety locks and lift cables.
• Calibration: Fine-tune optical sensors and electronic balancers for precise operation.
• Safety Compliance: Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and conduct load testing to meet safety standards.

• Core Requirements: Background in electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with experience in industrial or automotive maintenance.
