Service Technician - Chennai (Perungudi)

Role & responsibilities

1. Complaints Rectification - Dealer/Distributor Stock Complaints Rectification at Our Godown Premises.

2. Salable Conditioner Products - Salable Conditioner Products Strickers Request to be sent to Service Supervisor.

3. Product Service Works - Complete the allotted Product Service Works daily in the Godown including Online Sales Return Goods related Works, to send return goods images to Online Sales Department.

4. Required Spares - To raise the request to Service Supervisor.

5. Estimation - Estimation to be given as per spare Price list/Supervisors instruction.

6. Customer Satisfaction - Ensure customer satisfaction while rectifying the product.

7. Quality of work - Ensure good quality of work so that repeat complaints do not come.

8. Conduct - Ensure company image is kept high by good conduct.

9. Uniform & Id Card - To wear the Uniform daily and keep the ID Card with you.

10. Feedback - Give quality feedback to superiors.

11. Spare Parts Usage - To give proper account on usage of spares used in service.
