Service Technician - Bengaluru

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Calls - Complete the allotted calls daily in the Workshop/House calls.

2. Estimation - Estimation to be given as per spare Price list/Supervisors instruction.

3. Customer Satisfaction - Ensure customer satisfaction while rectifying the product.

4. Quality of work - Ensure good quality of work so that repeat complaints do not come.

5. Conduct - Ensure company image is kept high by good conduct.

6. Feedback - Give quality feedback to superiors.

7. Spare Parts Usage - To give proper account on usage of spares used in service.

8. Site Inspection & Site Selection for Solar, HP & SP - To inspect the site at customer place along with Sales Executive to select the right place for installation.

Candidate Profile:

Diploma or ITI Electrical or Wireman. Should have 4 - 5 experience in installation and Service of Water Heater or Electrical Home Appliances. Should have Motor Bike for Petrol conveyance.
