Service Technician and Installer

Install and service water coolers, air-conditioners, televisions and selected home appliances at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Install window and split air-conditioners in accordance with product and site requirements.
• Install water coolers and assist with their routine troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Carry out TV installation and basic setup at customer premises.
• Diagnose common service issues in water coolers and home appliances, referring advanced repairs when necessary.
• Handle customer equipment, fittings, tools and consumables carefully and complete installation checklists.
• Maintain clear communication with the service coordinator and customers about job completion and pending issues.

Requirements

• Practical experience installing window / split ACs, water coolers or televisions.
• Working knowledge of water cooler and basic appliance maintenance.
• Ability to perform safe on-site installation and servicing tasks.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with more than one of the product categories listed above.
• Customer-facing field service experience.
