What will you be doing
•

Visiting 3-4 prop daily from the assigned portfolio (based on D-1 CID and high EC, and high check-
out)
Check for hygiene & cleanliness (focusing on room level hygiene) while doing property cleanliness
audits (PCA)
Training PM & property staff on basic aspects of hygiene, cleanliness & how to take ratings on Oyo
& OTA platforms

Sharing and solving for Daily stuck on the group and with the RL
D-1 CID and D-1 EC cases RCA analysis
Meet 4-5 guests during visit to understand concerns and minimize customer escalations

Who are we looking for
Minimum 2 to 4 Years of Experience
Experience in the hospitality and/or travel industry would be an added advantage
