Service Specialist Intern || PRISM (OYO)

Role & responsibilities

•Visiting 3-4 prop daily from the assigned portfolio (based on D-1 CID and high EC, and high checkout)

• Check for hygiene & cleanliness (focusing on room level hygiene) while doing property cleanliness

audits (PCA)

• Training PM & property staff on basic aspects of hygiene, cleanliness & how to take ratings on Oyo

& OTA platforms

• Sharing and solving for Daily stuck on the group and with the RL

• D-1 CID and D-1 EC cases RCA analysis

• Meet 4-5 guests during visit to understand concerns and minimize customer escalations
