Service Site Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of LT & HT electrical panels at customer sites.
• Attend service calls and resolve electrical and mechanical issues within agreed timelines.
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Analyze faults in switchgear, busbars, breakers, relays, metering, and control circuits.
• Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and issue resolution.
• Prepare service reports, root cause analysis (RCA), and spare parts recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
• Support Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and emergency breakdown services.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of LT/HT panels, switchgear, and electrical drawings.
• Troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
