Service Reliability Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of production systems.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure; troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Manage Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Perform incident management, RCA, and implement preventive actions.
• Define and monitor SLI/SLO/SLA and improve service reliability.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for scalable and resilient solutions.
• Participate in on-call/production support activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in SRE / DevOps / Production Engineering.
• Strong experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Dynatrace, or New Relic.
• Good understanding of incident management, troubleshooting, RCA, and production support.
• Strong automation and scripting skills using Python.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call support.
