Service Reliability Engineer

Role & responsibilities -

• Drive system reliability, resilience, scalability, and performance across production environments.
• Design and implement automation, observability, and CI/CD improvements to reduce manual effort and operational toil.
• Lead production incident management, troubleshooting, RCA, and post-incident corrective actions.
• Monitor and improve systems against SLA, SLO, availability, and performance objectives.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, architects, and client stakeholders to implement reliability improvements and engineering best practices.
