Role & responsibilities

• Support in managing Affluent Customer's service requirements
• Provide complete and comprehensive information to the customer and ensure that the best services provided to them
• The candidate should have strong Relationship skills
• Ability to effectively engage and service Affluent Customers
• Assure adherence to the guidelines set by the Bank
• Candidate should have good communication skill

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have good understanding of Customer Relationship Management.
• Candidate should have good Communication skills.
• Candidate should have at least 4 years o experience of handling banking customers
