Service Purchase Engineer

The Service Purchase Engineer is responsible for managing the procurement of services to support the company's operations. This includes identifying service needs, sourcing and evaluating service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that the services provided meet the required standards and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Needs Assessment:
1. Collaborate with various departments to identify service requirements.
2. Conduct market research to understand the availability and quality of services.
2. Supplier Sourcing and Evaluation:
1. Identify and evaluate potential service providers.
2. Develop and maintain a database of qualified service providers.
3. Perform due diligence and assess the capabilities and reliability of service providers.
3. Contract Negotiation and Management:
1. Negotiate terms and conditions with service providers to secure favorable agreements.
2. Draft, review, and manage service contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
3. Monitor contract performance and ensure that all terms and conditions are met.
