Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure ServiceNow to meet business requirements.
• Manage and resolve incidents and requests through the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide end-user support and training on ServiceNow functionalities.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow customization.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration using web services (REST/SOAP).
• Understanding of ITIL best practices and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
