ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions including CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Configure integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
• Perform scripting using JavaScript, PowerShell, Unix Shell, and Windows scripting.
• Support infrastructure discovery, monitoring, and CMDB data management.
• Participate in testing, deployments, Agile ceremonies, and SDLC activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
• Knowledge of Cloud Fundamentals, Windows/Unix administration, and infrastructure environments (Server, Network, Storage).
• Experience with monitoring tools and ServiceNow reporting.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, ITIL concepts, and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with integrations and automation scripting.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL V3/V4 Foundation Certification.
• ServiceNow certifications in Discovery, Event Management, or Service Mapping.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Active participation in planning, reviews, and retrospective meetings
