Job Summary We are currently seeking a Service Now IRM Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Responsibilities - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC, including Policy Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor/Third-Party Risk Management.
- Configure and customize Risk Assessments, Controls, Policies, Indicators, Issues, Attestations, and Compliance workflows.
- Develop using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
- Build and enhance workflows, notifications, approvals, reports, and dashboards for GRC processes.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
- Translate business, risk, compliance, and audit requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Support testing, deployments, upgrades, data migration, production issues, and platform enhancements.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security, and role-based access controls.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory
