Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Functional Consultant (SPM) to drive the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions. The candidate should possess strong functional expertise in portfolio, project, demand, resource, and investment management processes and be capable of translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow SPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow SPM implementations.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand portfolio and project management processes.
• Design and configure ServiceNow SPM modules based on business needs.
• Configure and support:
• Demand Management
• Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Agile Development
• Resource Management
• Investment Funding
• Program & Portfolio Management
• Strategic Planning Workspace
• OKR and Goal Management
• Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and enhancements.
• Support UAT, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provide best practice recommendations aligned with ServiceNow standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant/Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM/PPM implementations.
• Strong understanding of:
• Portfolio Management
• Demand Management
• Project Management
• Resource Management
• Financial Management
• Agile and Hybrid Project Methodologies
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Ability to create BRD, FRD, process flows, and user stories.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and workflows.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
