About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using ServiceNow tools such as IT Asset Management (ITAM), Problem Management (PM), and Change Management (CM).
- Develop custom scripts using JavaScript or other programming languages to automate tasks within the ServiceNow platform.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical support for end-users.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in developing ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ITIL v3 or v4 frameworks for IT service management.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as JavaScript or HTML/CSS.
- Experience working with SPM (Service Parts & Maintenance) module within ServiceNow.
