Service Now Developer

Job Summary Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements from SMEs and Product Owners and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead ServiceNow development and administration across CSM and other platform modules.
• Design and develop Service Catalogs, catalog items, workflows, approvals, and self-service solutions.
• Develop and manage integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and common integration patterns.
• Customize ServiceNow using JavaScript, AngularJS, scripting, and workflow automation.
• Manage Update Sets, instance migrations, deployments, upgrades, and platform patching.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments, supporting user stories, testing, defect management, and development activities.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers and administrators, and enforce ServiceNow development standards and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions while ensuring strong architecture, security, performance, and maintainability.
