Lead service operations and ensure world-class after-sales experiences at our workshops. Raam Group is hiring Service Managers to oversee workshop operations, lead service teams, and uphold brand service standards across our dealerships. You will drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance at one of our locations across India.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing automotive service operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of service processes and KPIs
- Excellent customer handling and problem-solving ability
- Prior OEM or multi-brand dealership experience preferred
