Service Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage service operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting customer expectations.
  
• Oversee after sales support activities, including warranty management and technical services.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to vehicle maintenance, repairs, and spare parts.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-15 years of experience in automobile industry or similar field.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Automobile Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong knowledge of service management principles, practices, and processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
