About this role
Responsibilities:
- Manage the service department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Supervise a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff for efficient service and repairs of TVS motorcycles and scooters.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, foster customer loyalty, and achieve business goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in the two-wheeler dealership industry, focusing on service operations.
- Experience at a TVS Motor Company Two-Wheeler Dealership preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of TVS motorcycles and scooters, including components and service requirements.
- Willingness to commute and work onsite at Jayankondam, Ariyalur District, Tamil Nadu, and relocate if required.
