Job Description:

• Manage after-sales service operations for Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) products across the assigned region.
• Manage and coordinate authorized service centers, service partners and service engineers.
• Ensure timely complaint resolution, TAT, first-time-fix (FTF), customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Monitor service KPIs, escalations, warranty claims and service performance.
• Conduct regular service audits and ensure compliance with company processes and standards.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, spares and other internal teams for effective service operations.
• Analyze service reports and identify areas for process and performance improvement.
