We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Manager with strong expertise in Linux Administration, Middleware Operations, and JBoss Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure stable and uninterrupted operation of Linux and JBoss middleware environments.
• Manage end-to-end service delivery across development, testing, and production environments.
• Administer Red Hat Linux and JBoss EAP/WildFly, including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Lead production incident resolution, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.
• Govern production changes, middleware releases, and deployment activities while ensuring compliance with ITIL processes.
• Monitor infrastructure health and application performance using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, OEM, Nagios, and Splunk.
• Lead and mentor middleware support teams while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Ensure adherence to security standards, vulnerability remediation, access management, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in BFSI or enterprise production support environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exposure to automation and cloud-native platforms.
• Experience managing onshore/offshore support teams.
