About the role: 

As a Service Manager, you will take ownership of customer complaints and oversee the installation, maintenance, and evaluation of heat exchangers. This role requires technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

Job description: Take ownership of customer complaints from initial response through troubleshooting, corrective action and closure., Manage installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance and performance evaluation of heat exchangers., and Visit customer sites.

Required Candidate profile: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering. Must-have: Practical experience with PHE and/or welded heat exchangers, Understanding of heat transfer, Ability to read GA drawings, P&IDs.

- Troubleshoot high pressure drop, low heat transfer, fouling  

- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules  

Compulsory skills: Practical experience with PHE and/or welded heat exchangers, Understanding of heat transfer

Key responsibilities: 

- Take ownership of customer complaints from response to closure.  

- Manage installation, commissioning, and performance evaluation of heat exchangers.  

- Visit customer sites to assess conditions and identify issues.  

- Supervise maintenance and repair activities for heat exchangers.  

- Prepare and review service and technical recommendation reports.
